Overview:

For this stunning front yard transformation, we collaborated with the Mercer Family to bring their vision to life. This project marked the first phase of a multi-stage renovation for their new home in Hickory Springs. The goal was to create a welcoming, high-quality design while addressing functional needs like grading, irrigation, and lighting.

Project Highlights:

• Tree Removal and Grading: We began by removing two large tree stumps and their root systems, followed by hauling away all existing turf and weeds. Approximately 30 yards of clean fill dirt were brought in for proper grading to prepare the site for its transformation.
• Irrigation System: The existing irrigation system was located and modified to ensure proper coverage for the new lawn and landscaped areas.
• Landscape Design: A custom design was created to present a clear vision of plant placement and layout to the Mercer Family.
• LED Lighting: Low-voltage LED lighting was installed to enhance the home’s curb appeal and provide safety for the family.
• Finishing Touches: The final step involved installing “El Toro” Zoysia sod, hardwood mulch, and beautiful plantings sourced from SiteOne Nursery, complemented by high-quality Rain Bird irrigation parts and ProTrade LED lighting materials.
